【摘要】 为了解北京市农户家禽产业风险管理现状,基于北京市135份农户调查问卷,采用统计学方法,深入分析农户对家禽产业风险的认知、农户的决策行为及其效果。研究发现:家禽产业面临多重风险冲击,疫病和市场价格波动成为影响家禽养殖业的主要风险来源;采取防疫措施、加入合作社并通过合作社卖出产品和采用新品种是家禽养殖户采用率较高、效果较为明显的事前风险决策行为;由于缺乏较为成熟的灾后应对机制,家禽养殖户事后决策行为相对单薄同时效果也不甚理想。更多还原

【Abstract】 The study focuses on risk perception, decision-making behavior and its effects based on a survey of 135 household in Beijing city. It is shown that poultry industry as a whole is subject to multiple risks, and farmers identify disease and price fluctuation as the most important risk. Taking precautionary measures, and joining cooperatives, and adoption new strain highlight the ex-behavior that have higher utilization and significant effects on farmers. It is relatively single and weak in farmers’ post-behavior due to lack of mature mechanism for post-disaster response.更多还原
