【摘要】 我国林业发展面临的风险种类繁多,包括自然风险、技术风险、市场风险和政策风险等,而且风险日趋增长,呈现多元化发展的趋势,各种风险相互联系相互影响,必然会影响到林业产业竞争力提升和可持续发展,因此有必要对林业风险进行有效管理。本文从林业产业链体系的相关环节入手,对林业产业链各环节的风险进行分解,在此基础上设计了"森林保险+订单林业+林产品期货+资产证券化"的一体化林业风险管理体系,并提出建立我国林业风险管理方面的复合结构模式的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The forestry faces various risks including natural risk,technical risk,market risk and policy risk.With the trend of growing risk and multiple developments,all kinds of risks have mutual connection and effect on each other.As a result,this above-mentioned condition will have a direct influence on competitive strength and sustainable development of forest industry.Therefore,it is necessary to manage forest risk in an effective manner.The thesis starts from the relevant linkage of forest industry chain system and decompose the related risks on various links of forest industry chain.According to the risk analysis,the thesis devises forest risk management as a whole system which consists of"forest insurance + forest order + futures of forest products + asset securitization". In conclusion,the thesis raises the suggestion on the development of forest risk management complex model in China.更多还原
