煤炭开采对榆林生态环境的损害评价及分区调控(英文)

【摘要】 通过对陕北侏罗纪煤田开采沉陷损害、地质采矿条件、矿区生态环境的调查和勘测,以煤层赋存条件、地质地形、矿区环境条件、采矿方法和开采沉陷损害的特征为基础,将侏罗纪煤田按地域特征划分为沙漠、黄土侵蚀2个一级区;在一级区中再按地貌特征划分为4个二级区;在二级分区的基础上,综合地质、采矿、地形、环境、以及开采损害类型进一步划分为9个三级区,同时给出了分区依据和开采损害强度和特征。依据开采损害强度分区的条件和损害特征类型,按综合分区单元给出相应分区的控制开采沉陷损害的基本方法、模式,以及进行开采沉陷治理的生态修复重建模式,为该区域采煤沉陷控制和治理提供了依据。

【Abstract】 By investigating and surveying the damage of coal mining subsidence,geological conditions of mining and the environmental conditions of the mining areas,and on the basis of the characters of coal seam storage conditions,geology and landform, environmental conditions,methods of mining and the damage of coal mining subsidence, the Jurassic coalfield in north of Shaanxi is divided into two class-Ⅰsections:desert section and loess erosion section,in which four class-Ⅱsections are divided,and these four class-Ⅱsections are further divided into nine class-Ⅲsections by considering geology, mining,landform,environment and types of mining damage.Basis on which sections are divided and characters of mining damage have been put forward.The basic methods and model of controlling the damage of coal mining subsidence each section and the biological restoring and reconstruction model of the cave-in have been advanced to provide basis for controlling coal mining subsidence in this area.
