【摘要】 本文以公共建筑物地震灾害危机管理为背景,建立了公共建筑物地震灾害危机管理综合评价指标体系,并采用德尔菲法和层次分析法计算各评价指标和指标的权重,然后利用线性加权法计算各个被评价对象的评分,最后采用模糊聚类分析法对评价对象进行分类。按照不同需要制定不同的分类,确定公共建筑物优劣等级。根据优劣等级的不同,对公共建筑物进行优化管理,以达到安全的目的。本文以教学楼地震灾害为例将运用这种综合评价方法得出评价的结论,对公共建筑物的危机管理有指导性的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,the comprehensive evaluation index system of the crisis management is set up at the background of earthquake disasters of the public buildings. Firstly,each evaluation index and weight indicator is calculated in the method of Delphi and the analytic hierarchy process.And then,the score of each evaluated subject is computed adopting the method of linear weighting.Finally,putting all the evaluation subjects into several different classifications according to the fuzzy clustering analysis. The quality level of the public buildings is determined based on the different needs of the different classification level.In order to guarantee the security of the public buildings,opitmal management should be implemented in the public buildings according to the classifications.In the paper,the conclusion is summarized by the method of comprehensive evaluation taking the example of earthquake disasters of the teaching buildings as the subject,which will poses guiding significance for the crisis management of the public buildings.更多还原
