精炼橄榄油全浸泡法测定食品接触材料的高温总迁移量

【摘要】 使用精炼橄榄油在特定的温度下浸泡试样,称量并计算浸泡前后试样的质量变化。将残留在试样表面的橄榄油进行索氏提取后,于碱性条件下皂化水解成脂肪酸,经甲酯化后,用气相色谱-质谱仪定量,得出试样吸附的橄榄油质量,并计算总迁移量。

【Abstract】 Test specimens of known mass were immersed in olive oil for the exposure time,at temperatures from 100 ℃ up to 1 150 ℃,then taken from the olive oil,and reweighed.The specimens retained the absorbed olive oil which was extracted and determined quantitatively by means of gas chromatography after conversion to methyl esters.Methylation was carried out by reacting a boron trifluoride/methanol complex with fatty acids formed by hydrolyzing the oil with potassium hydroxide.Migration into the olive oil was calculated by subtracting the mass of olive oil retained by the test specimen from the mass of the test specimen after removal from the olive oil,then subtracting this mass from the initial mass of the specimen.
