ICP-MS应用于白刚玉、铬刚玉中7种杂质元素的检测研究

【摘要】 经过微波消解处理后,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定了白刚玉、铬刚玉样品中硅、铁、钾、钠、铬、钙、镁元素的含量,并用加标回收的方法评价了方法的准确度。研究结果表明,已知样品在200、100、50μg加标水平的回收率为92%~101%,RSD在10%以内,方法对上述7种杂质元素的检出限分别为0.48、0.096、0.064、0.46、0.065、0.086、0.075mg/kg。以样品主体元素作基体匹配及在线内标加入,有效地克服了因基体效应带来的测量偏差,最大程度地减少了测定过程中的谱线干扰。

【Abstract】 Corundum was dissolved by microwave digestion,and contents of Si,Fe,K,Na,Cr,Ca,Mg were determined by ICP-MS.The accrurancy and feasibility of the method were evaluated by checking standard samples,spiked recovery and precision.The results showed that the recoveries ranged from 92% to 101% and the precisions (RSD) for 11 replicate measurements of sample solutions were less than 10%.The limits of detection of seven elements were 0.48,0.096,0.064,0.46,0.065,0.086,0.075mg/kg,respectively.The matrix effect and interface effect were corrected by using the on-line addition of internal standards and the standard solution.
