宠物食品中17种农药残留的气相色谱-质谱法分析

【摘要】 采用乙酸乙酯-环己烷混合溶剂均质提取样品,依次用C18和SAX/PSA固相萃取小柱萃取净化,通过气相色谱-质谱仪的选择离子模式测定,建立了宠物食品中多种农药残留的检测方法。方法的定量下限为10μg/kg(甲胺磷为20μg/kg),加标回收率为75%~109%,相对标准偏差(RSDs)为8.6%~13.7%。在20~500μg/L范围内,被测农药的线性关系良好(r2>0.99)。该检测方法完全满足国外对宠物食品中农药残留的限量要求。
【Abstract】 A method was developed for the determination of 17 pesticides residues in pet food.The sample was extracted with ethyl acetate-cyclohexane,and then the purification of the extract was performed using C 18 and SAX/PSA solid-phase extraction cartridge.The analyte was detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) under SIM monitoring mode.The limit of quantitation for the method was 10 μg/kg (that for methamidophos was 20 μg/kg),and the recoveries were in the range of 75%-109% with relative standard deviations (RSDs) of 8.6%-13.7%.Good linear relationships (r 2 > 0.99) were obtained in the range of 20-500 μg/L for the target pesticides.The method could meet the requirements for the limits of pesticide residues in pet food.
