【摘要】 建立了加速溶剂萃取/气相色谱-质谱法(ASE/GC-MS)测定土壤中的16种多环芳烃(PAHs)、25种有机氯杀虫剂(OCPs)和12种多溴二苯醚(PBDEs)的方法。土壤样品采用ASE萃取,固相萃取(SPE)净化,GC-MS分析。PAHs、OCPs与PBDEs的加标回收率分别为50%～106%、82%～103%、88%～104%。该方法简单快速、灵敏度高、重复性好,适合于土壤样品中PAHs、OCPs和PBDEs的分析检测。更多还原

【Abstract】 A method for the determination of 16 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs),25 organochlorine pesticides(OCPs) and 12 polybrominated diphenyl ethers(PBDEs) by ASE combined with GC -MS was developed.The soil samples were extracted by ASE,purified by SPE.and analyzed by GC - MS.The spiked recoveries were 50%- 106%for PAHs,82%- 103%for OCPs and 88%-104%for PBDEs,respectively.The method was simple,fast and sensitive,and was suitable for analyzing PAHs,OCPs and PBDEs in soil.更多还原
