【摘要】 通过改进国标方法(GB/T 5009.218-2008),建立了凉茶中19种有机磷农药残留的气质联用新方法。方法的检出限为0.01～0.22μg/g;样品回收率为81%～135%。该方法灵敏度高、重复性好,能够满足凉茶中有机磷农药残留分析的需要,为凉茶中农药残留建立统一的测试平台提供了一种有效的技术手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,a gas chromatography mass spectrometric(GC - MS ) method was developed for the determination of organophosphorus pesticides residue(OPPs) in Chinese herbal tea(CHT ). The detection limits for the 19 analytes are in the range of 0.01 -0.22μg/g and the recoveries are in the range of 81%-135%.The proposed method is of high sensitivity,reproducibility,indicating it can be effectively applicable for the quality control of pesticide residues in CHT.更多还原
