【摘要】 <正>烟草的特殊性在于通过燃烧,让人体感官接触烟气,感受烟草带来的愉悦感。烟气是由多种化合物构成的气溶胶,它是烟叶化学成分在燃吸过程中发生热裂解、氧化、热分解等一系列化学、物理变化而形成的产物。影响烟气特性的因素种类多而复杂,研究烟叶化学成分与烟气化学成分之间的内在规律和相关关系,一直是烟草行业一项复杂的工作。长期以来对烟气成分的常规分析已经越来越不能满足烟草科技创新的需求,通过烟气的全面分析,在获取大量数据的基础上,用量化的方法表征烟气特性已成为烟草科技人员需要解决的问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,effect of tobacco additives on the chemical compounds change in cigarette smoke was studied by the metabonomics method.The samples with different additives were grouped by the fragment ions of mass spectrometry,and the compounds,which markedly effecting the cigarette smoking,were obtained.This afforded a theoretical basis and guidance for the use of additive in cigarette produce.更多还原
