【摘要】 <正>已报道的烟草中含氮杂环化合物共有400多种,以吡嗪类、吡啶类和吡咯类化合物为主,是构成卷烟主流烟气特征的香味化合物中非常重要的一类,大部分具有强烈的焦香、烘烤香,与烟草固有的香气非常容易协调,能很好修饰和提高卷烟的自然烟香,而且能掩盖部分杂气,改善余味,被大量应用在卷烟的表香中,是卷烟的重要前体和香气的重要来源。国内在这方面做过一些研究,吴鸣等更多还原

【Abstract】 A method of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) for the determination of nitrogenheterocyclic compounds such as pyrazines,pyridines and pyrrols in tobacco was developed.The content changes of nitrogen-heterocyclic compounds in different tobacco position,grade of maturity,nitrogenous fertilizer quantity, tobacco growing area,flue-cured progress,and cigarette quality were studied.更多还原
