替考拉宁中主要组分的LC-MS法测定
LC-MS Analysis of the Main Components of Teicoplanin

【摘要】 <正>随着抗生素在临床上的广泛使用,及各种耐药菌的不断出现,细菌的耐药性问题逐渐成为关注的热点及研究的难点。糖肽类抗生素,尤其以万古霉素和替考拉宁为代表的抗生素,有效地解决了细菌耐药问题,成为抗耐药性感染的最后一道防线。
【Abstract】 LC-MS and LC-MS/MS methods were established to identify the main components of teicoplanin. By using electrospray ionization and positive ion monitoring,mass spectrometric detection were operated on a sigle quadrupole mass spectrometer and a triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometer.Six components of teicoplanin were identified and determined.The established methods can be used to analyze teicoplanin qualitatively and quantitatively in the new drug development for quality control and stability study.
