【摘要】 随着电子产品向高性能、多功能、环境友好及轻、薄、短、小化方向发展,对覆铜板提出了高耐热性、高尺寸稳定性、高可靠性、高介电性能、无卤阻燃、高散热性、绿色环保等要求,由此推动了覆铜板技术的快速发展,每年的JPCASHOW就是对覆铜板技术发展的一次检阅。本文通过介绍2009年JPCA SHOW有关覆铜板方面的展览情况,并结合近两年JPCASHOW进行分析,综述了刚性覆铜板和挠性覆铜板的现状与发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of electronic products to high-performance,multi-functional,environmentally friendly and light、thin、short、small CCL was required on high heat resistance,high dimensional stability,high reliability,high dielectric properties,halogen-free flame retardant,high heat dissipation,green environmental protection,etc.,thus driving the rapid development of CCL technology.JPCA SHOW is a review of technological development of CCL.This paper describes the exhibition of CCL in 2009 JPCA SHOW,and combine with 2008、2007 JPCA SHOW,and review the status and development of CCL and FCCL.更多还原
