In718高温合金的激光熔敷研究

【摘要】 激光熔覆技术可以在基体表面熔化沉积出一层防护涂层。本文则在in718高温合金上制备防护涂层时激光加工参数对形成涂层的影响进行了实验研究。实验研究的目标首先是瑶获得无裂纹和气孔的涂层。但试验中在某些参数下依然有一定的气孔和裂纹存在。显微硬度沿截面的分布曲线也进行了测试。同时对裂纹敏感性也进行了分析。然而,在本实验之后仍然有许多优化实验需要进行以提高熔覆质量。
【Abstract】 Laser cladding is an important process that allows the deposition of thick protective coatings on substrates.The article presents an experimental investigation of the influence of processing parameters on clad layer in laser cladding by powder on In718 superalloy.A crack-free and no porosity coating is the goal of the study.Some scattered pores and cracks were still observed in the present work.The microhardness distribution is revealed too across the cross-section.And the crackSensitivity forming is analysised.However,more works on the process optimization are required to further improve the cladding quality.
