表面氮化对2Cr13不锈钢真空磨损行为的影响

【摘要】 对2Cr13不锈钢分别进行了气体氮化和离子氮化表面改性。分析了氮化层的组织、相组成、显微硬度及残余应力分布。采用销-盘式摩擦磨损试验机在真空中测试了两种氮化2Cr13不锈钢的摩擦学性能,并分析比较了两种氮化层的磨损表面形貌和磨损轮廓。试验结果表明,气体氮化和离子氮化2Cr13不锈钢的氮化层厚度、氮含量、显微硬度及残余应力分布都有所不同,导致了两种氮化方式对2Cr13不锈钢的真空磨损行为有不同的影响。在较低的外加载荷条件下,离子氮化2Cr13不锈钢的真空耐磨性优于气体氮化2Cr13不锈钢;而在较高载荷下,气体氮化2Cr13不锈钢具有更好的磨损抗力。
【Abstract】 The surface of 2Cr13 steels were modified by gas nitriding and plasma nitriding,respectively.The microstructure,phase constitution,and distribution of microhardness and residual stress of two kind of nitrided layers were examined.The tribological properties of the nitrided 2Cr13 steels were measured in vacuum using a pin-on-disk type friction-and-wear test machine.The morphology and contour of the worn surfaces were analyzed and compared.The results showed that there are differences in thickness of nitrided layers,N concentration,and distribution of microhardness and residual stress between the gas nitrided steel and the plasma nitrided steel,resulting that two nitrided steels have deferent wear behavior in vacuum.The gas nitrided steel shows better anti-wear ability than that by plasma nitride under lower load,while the plasma nitrided steel has stronger wear resistance under higher load.
