35CrMo钢渗氮层与硫氮共渗层的摩擦学性能对比研究

【摘要】 利用离子渗氮和硫氮共渗技术在钻杆材料35CrMo钢表面制备了渗氮层和硫氮共渗层。在油润滑条件下采用球-盘磨损试验机考察了两种渗层的摩擦学性能。利用XRD表征了渗层的相结构,利用SEM+EDS对渗层表面和磨损表面进行了分析。结果表明,油润滑条件下,35CrMo钢硫氮共渗层的摩擦学性能明显优于渗氮层,硫氮共渗层中FeS固体润滑膜在高硬度渗氮层的支撑下,可以有效地改善35CrMo钢的摩擦学性能。

【Abstract】 In order to improve the using life of drilling joints,nitride layer and sulfur-nitride layer were produced on the 35 CrMo steel surface by ion nitriding technology and ion nitriding-sulfuring technology.A ball-on-disc wear tester was used to investigate the tribological properties of the nitrided and nitrided-sulphurized surfaces systemically under oil lubrication.XRD was used to analyze the phase of the layers,and SEM with EDS was used to analyze the surface modification layer and the worn surface.The results showed that the friction property of the surface treated by nitriding+surphuration was better than the one treated by nitriding.With the support of harden nitride layer,the sulfuride layer could improve the tribological behaviors of the 35 CrMo steel material effectively.
