激光熔凝处理不锈钢表面氧化物微观结构的研究
Study on the Microstructure of the Oxides on the Stainless Steel Surface after Laser Melting Treatment

【摘要】 采用Nd:YAG脉冲激光熔凝对不锈钢表面进行熔凝氧化处理,在其表面形成50?300 nm的氧化物。利用场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)、高分辨透射电子显微镜(HRTEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)等技术手段研究了激光熔凝条件下不锈钢表面氧化物微观组织和相结构。结果表明:不锈钢表面单个激光光斑内熔凝氧化层由不同的氧化物组成,由光斑中心到光斑边缘氧化物分别为:光斑中心区主要为Fe的氧化物Fe2O3,边缘区主要为六边形的Cr2O3和少量的MnO2等。
【Abstract】 Laser melting oxidation treatment on the surface of the stainless steel was performed by Nd:YAG pulsed laser,and there formed oxides with the size of 50~300 nm on the surface of the stainless steel.The microstructure and the phase of the oxides formed on the stainless steel surface after laser melting were studied by FESEM,HRTEM and XRD.The experimental results showed that the melting oxidation layer was composed of different oxides in a single laser spot on the stainless steel surface.The oxides from the central region to the edge were:in the central region they were mainly Fe2O3,while in the edge they were mainly hexagonal Cr2O3 and a small amount of MnO2.
