电刷镀层缺陷的表面超声波无损检测

【摘要】 采用表面超声波对工件表面/近表面的质量进行评价,是保证工件使用性能的关键。目前,采用激光激发表面波的研究越来越多,但由于其设备成本高、激光与母材相互作用的理论研究不完善等缺点,使得其在实际应用中受到了极大的限制。针对这一问题,本文采用表面超声波探头,对45#钢表面裂纹对表面超声波的反射率和45#钢表面电刷镀层中缺陷的形状进行了研究。结果表明,在相同检测参数的下,当表面裂纹深度小于λ(λ为表面超声波波长)时,随着表面裂纹深度值的增加,表面超声在裂纹处的反射率逐渐变大,并可对电刷镀层中缺陷的形状进行简单评价。

【Abstract】 The surface/sub-surface quality of the material,which is usually evaluated by surface acoustic wave,affects the performance of material.In present,although the excitation of surface acoustic wave is usually used by laser,the application of laser in exciting surface acoustic wave is limited because of the high price of laser device and the immaturity in the interaction theory of laser and material.For solving this problem,the probe of surface acoustic wave is used in this paper,the interaction between surface crack that in the surface of 45 steel and is studied,and on the base of the results,the shape of the flaw in the electro-brush plating coating on the surface of 45 steel is evaluated.The results show that based on the same parameters,the reflectivity of surface acoustic wave increases with the deepness of the surface crack that in the range of λ(λ is the wavelength of ultrasonic surface wave),but the increasing trend of reflectivity becomes slow,and the evaluation of the shape of flaw in the electro-brush plating coating is feasibility.
