白铜在液固双相流中的冲刷腐蚀研究

【摘要】 采用自制管流模拟装置,研究白铜B10合金在模拟流动海水以及含砂流动海水中的质量损失随流速的变化规律。结果表明,B10在海水中的腐蚀速率随流速增大而逐渐增大,当流速由1.5m/s增大到3.5m/s时,腐蚀速率显著增大,而当流速继续增大,腐蚀速率变化较小。在含砂海水中,随流速增大,B10失重显著增大。对白铜B10而言,在含5%石英砂的液固双相流中,冲刷的作用占主导作用,腐蚀机理为冲刷增强腐蚀。
【Abstract】 The erosion-corrosion of Cu-Ni alloy B10 in flowing liquid and liquid-solid two phase 3.5% NaCl solution was studid with self made pipe simulating apparatus. The results showed that along with the increasing flow velocity,the corrosion rate increased. In flow single phase solution,when the flow velocity increase from 1.5 m/s to 3.5 m/s,the corrosion rate increased remarkably.With the flow velocity increased then,the corrosion rate increased slowly.In flowing liquid-solid two phase 3.5% NaCl solution containing 5% sands, with the flow velocity increased,the corrosion rate increased sharply.The experiment showed that in tow phase flow containing 5% sands,the erosion plays a leading role,the corrosion mechanism was erosion promoted corrosion.
