【Abstract】 According to TRIPs,it is an obligation of a member country to suspend fake goods or pirated goods from passing through the customs.However,there is not a definite conclusion as to how to treat the parallel import of intellectual property rights—the so called"grey market"in either TRIPs and or in our national laws and regulations.This article analyses parallel import concerning the customs enforcement from the angle of three aspects serving as the decisive grounds and the two aspects serving as customs border enforcement.更多还原
