碳化混凝土再碱化技术中相关材料的变化过程研究

【摘要】 <正>长期服役的钢筋混凝土发生碳化后,钢筋周围的pH下降,钢筋钝化膜稳定存在的条件被破坏,钝化膜溶解使钢筋发生腐蚀。针对这种情况,目前电化学再碱化技术成为钢筋混凝土修复技术的研究热点之一。电化学再碱化方法可以使已碳化的混凝土pH值恢复,从而减缓钢筋的继续锈蚀[1-2]。与其它常用的钢筋混凝土修补方法相比,电化学再碱化技术具有环境友好、方便、不破坏混凝土原有外貌等优点。碳化混凝土实质上是一个复杂的物理化学过程,钢筋表面的电化学过程则是其中最
【Abstract】 The transformation of the materials in the carbonated reinforced concrete during realkalization treatment was investigated by using XRD,SEM/EDX and electrochemical measurements.The change of composition structure of concrete was analyzed at different realkalization stage,and the transformation of oxide formed on the rebar was detected at different time.Results show that the oxide on the rebar could be reduced to low valence state oxide,even to metallic iron.This could reduce the volume of oxide,which lessen the stress of concrete;which made the corrosion current density increased also.The compound in carbonated concrete could transform with the change of the pore solution,the total content of C-S-H increased with the CaCO3 decreasing. This change could improve the strength of concrete.
