【摘要】 <正>锆合金是核工业的重要结构材料,由于使用环境恶劣,锆合金在压水核反应堆中工作时间较长时会出现均匀腐蚀或不均匀的疖状腐蚀。PEO技术可以在锆合金表面生成陶瓷氧化物膜,提高其耐腐蚀性能。我们曾在硅酸盐体系的膜层中观察到了一种特殊的凝固组织-特征凝固结
【Abstract】 The PEO coatings on zircaloy-2 alloys were prepared in different electrolyte systems of silicate and aluminate.In silicate system,the coating grows in a linear mode,with characteristic solidification structure being evident.While in the aluminate system,localized sparks occurred at some particular places on the electrode surface after about 600s,causing the buring damage of the coating and limiting the thickness of the coating,meanwhile,there is no characteristic solidification structures being found.The entrance of Zr into the solution has a relationship with the coating thickness,in the aluninate system,the accelerating of the entrance of Zr into solution is found by the buring damage of the coatings.
