【摘要】 本文就磷渣粉(SP)对水泥浆体的凝结时间、砂浆流动度、保水率和强度的影响规律进行了试验研究。结果表明:SP的掺入大幅延长水泥浆体的凝结时间,小幅度提高砂浆的流动度,小幅度降低砂浆的保水率,并影响砂浆的早期强度发展,但对砂浆后期强度影响不大。掺入30%的SP,再以保水增稠材料,可以制备出保水性优良的强度等级为MP5、MP10、MP15,甚至MP20的抹灰砂浆。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,the influence of phosphorus slag powder(SP) on the cement setting time,the mortar fluidity,the water retention rate and the strength of mortar were studied.The results showed that the setting time of cement was extended greatly,the mortar fluidity was increased slightly,the water retention rate decreased slightly as the increased of SP.And the early strength of mortar with developed slowly and the late strength developed sustainably and fast.The plastering mortar of MP5,MP10,MP15 and MP20 could be prepared when 30%of SP and an appropriate amount of bentonite and cellulose ether were incorporated.更多还原
