北京西山下马岭组砖瓦用页岩资源特征分析

【摘要】 针对北京西山碣石—河西地区下马岭组页岩进行调查,分析了页岩控矿地质条件、矿石矿物组分、矿石类型特征及矿石化学成分,进行了塑性指数、烧结性能、放射性和抗压抗剪性能等一系列技术性能试验,并进行了矿床成因和控矿因素分析。结论表明,该处页岩资源作为烧结墙体材料的原料,具有储量大、化学性能稳定、塑性指标适宜、成型性能良好、烧结范围较宽、制品强度较高、放射性低及抗压抗剪强等特点,是生产烧结墙体和空心砖不可多得的原料。
【Abstract】 By testing the plastic index,firing performance,radioactivity and compressive and shear strength of shale in beijing west mountain JieShi-Hexi area,this article analyzes the deposit genesis,the shale ore-controlling geological conditions,ore mineral components,ore type and the mineral chemical composition. The results show that the shale has large reserve,stable chemical properties,appropriate plasticity index,good forming performance,wide firing range,low radioactivity,good compressive and shear strength and so on,so that it is suitable for making fired wall materials.
