【摘要】 针对我公司CWF煤粉秤用户的不断增加,分布区域越来越广,设备管理缺乏有效的途径,提出了一种基于GPRS技术的远程管理方式,对CWF煤粉秤进行分布式的统一管理,给出了系统总体架构和监控终端硬件和软件的设计方案,也给出了上位机组态软件的功能和主要画面,同时比较了有线通信方案和无线通信方案曲线图来验证无线通信方案的准确性和可靠性,比较表明采用GPRS技术对CWF煤粉秤进行设备远程管理实现了从现行的定期维修方式向更科学合理的预知维修方式的转变,提高了企业的管理效率,是值得在水泥行业和其它行业推广与应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 In consideration of the users of the CWF Cellular-rotor Coal Weigh Feeder increasing,the region being more and more widely,and the lack of effective way for device management,we bring forward a remote management based on GPRS technology for distributed CWF ’s management.This paper presents the overall framework of the system,the monitoring terminal’s design of hardware and software,the functionality and screen of the PC configuration software,at last summarizes the effect of the application.GPRS technology for CWF Cellular-rotor Coal Weigh Feeder’s remote management is a good way to change the current regular maintenance to more scientific and reasonable in maintenance mode,it improves the management efficiency of our company,and it is a worthy technology of promotion and application.更多还原
