矿渣代砂碱激发矿渣砂浆的干燥收缩研究

【摘要】 本研究采用矿渣代砂制备碱激发矿渣砂浆(alkali-activated slag mortar,AASM),研究了养护时间、废橡胶、细骨料种类、碱激发剂种类对AASM干燥收缩的影响,采用压汞试验(MIP)测试砂浆的孔结构。研究结果表明:早期养护的AASM干燥收缩比未养护的AASM干燥收缩降低45%;橡胶的掺加能够减少AASM干燥收缩;细骨料为矿渣的试件干燥收缩比天然砂作为细骨料试件干燥收缩大;AASM采用MgSO4或者Na2CO3做为碱激发剂时的干燥收缩比水泥砂浆干燥收缩小,但砂浆的强度均很低;MIP分析砂浆孔分布发现,干燥收缩大小与小于10nm孔有关,小于10nm孔比例越大则干燥收缩越大。

【Abstract】 In this study,the drying shrinkage of alkali-activated slag mortar(AASM) with slag as fine aggregate was investigated.The effect of curing time,fine aggregate type,alkali activator species were considered.Mercury intrusion porosimeter(MIP) was used to check the pore structure of mortar.The results show that,the drying shrinkage of early cured AASM was 45%lower than that without early curing.Rubber particles in AASM can reduce the drying shrinkage to some extent.The drying shrinkage of the specimen with natural sand as fine aggregate was lower than that of the mortar with slag as fine aggregate.The use of MgS04 or Na2C03 as AASM alkali activator reduced the drying shrinkage,but at the same time the compressive strength of theses mortars were low.The pore size distribution analysis by MIP demonstrated that the drying shrinkage was related to the proportion of pores less than 10nm.
