硅率对高镁熟料中MgO固溶的影响
Effect of SM on the Solid Solution of MgO in High Magnesium Clinker

【摘要】 研究了不同硅率对高镁熟料中MgO固溶的影响。借助化学分析测定了水泥熟料中f-MgO及f-CaO的含量,用X射线衍射仪分析了熟料的物相组成,并用光学显微镜分析了熟料的岩相结构。结果表明:随着硅率和MgO掺量的提高,在1250℃时熟料中f-CaO呈下降趋势,但在1350℃以上时,f-CaO则呈现上升的趋势。当温度大于1350℃时,MgO在熟料中的固溶率随SM的提高而增加,说明相对于中间相,高温下MgO更倾向于在硅酸盐相中固溶。随着硅率的提高,熟料对CaO和MgO的吸收并不同步:低温下(1250℃),f-CaO随硅率升高下降较多而f-MgO变化不大,但高温下(1450℃)f-MgO随硅率升高下降较多而f-CaO有所增加。
【Abstract】 The effect of SM on the solid solution of MgO in high magnesium clinker was examined.The concentrations of f-MgO and f-CaO were investigated with chemical analysis. And the phase composition of clinker was examined by XRD,the lithofacies structure was examined by optical microscope.The result shows that:with the increasing of MgO and SM, the concentration f-CaO decrease in 1250℃,while the f-CaO increase gradually when the temperature more than 1350℃.And,solid solution of MgO will also increase with the increasing of SM when the temperature more than 1350℃.Silicate phase could dissolved more MgO at high temperatures,compared with matrix.With the improvement of SM,the absorptions of CaO and MgO are not synchronous in clinker.At low temperature(1250℃), the concentration of f-CaO declines greatly with the increasing of SM,while the concentration of f-MgO change little.With the increase of SM,the concentration of f-MgO decrease and the f-CaO increase at high temperature(1450℃).
