【摘要】 本文采用六西格玛质量管理工具对GB/T 17671-1999《水泥胶砂强度检测法(ISO法)》实验过程由人为因素、系统因素以及环境因素引起的胶砂强度测试误差进行分析。结果显示人为因素同时影响该检验方法的准确性和精确性。系统因素如振实方法和1d初养方法对测试方法的准确性和精确性具有不同的影响。环境因素如环境温度影响测试方法的准确性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Six-Sigma tools were used to evaluate the strength variation which resulted from personal,methodic and environmental aspects in GB/T 17671-1999 "Method of testing cements-Determination of strength(ISO Method)".Results showed the personal error impacted both accuracy and the precision of test.Methodic error such as differences in compaction and 1d initial curing influenced the validity of testing method differently.The environmental error caused by the temperature fluctuation affected the accuracy greatly.更多还原
