间断级配复合水泥新拌浆体的性能研究

【摘要】 前期试验研究表明采用间断级配原理可制备大掺量辅助性胶凝材料、高性能复合水泥。为明确该复合水泥水化进程及浆体结构的形成与演变过程,本文榨取了该复合水泥浆体的孔溶液,采用分光光度计、pH计等仪器测定了孔溶液中pH值、Si和Al的变化,采用流变仪、波纹管法表征了浆体的流变及体积稳定性能。研究结果表明:复合水泥新拌浆体孔溶液的pH值均低于硅酸盐水泥浆体孔溶液,Al和Si含量均高于硅酸盐水泥和参比水泥浆体孔溶液;硅酸盐水泥和参比水泥流变性能相似,复合水泥新拌浆体有一定的正触变性,塑性粘度均高于硅酸盐水泥和参比水泥浆体;复合水泥浆体自收缩率均小于硅酸盐水泥和参比水泥浆体的收缩率。

【Abstract】 The previous work indicates that high performance blended cement with high supplementary cementitious materials content can be prepared by a gap-graded particle size distribution.To clarify the hydration process and the formation of blended cement paste,the pH and the concentrations of Si and Al of the pore solution extracted from fresh blended cement paste were determined by spectrophotometer and pH meter,meanwhile the rheological properties and autogenous shrinkage were also characterized by rheometer and corrugated tube.The experimental results indicate that pore solution obtained form gap-graded blended cement paste presents a lower pH value and higher Si and Al concentrations than those from Portland cement and reference cement.Reference cement gives similar rheological properties to Portland cement,while the plastic viscosity of fresh blended cement paste is much higher than those of Portland cement and reference cement pastes.The autogenous shrinkage ratio of gap-graded blended cement is lower than that of Portland cement and reference cement.
