减水剂和水化温度对胶凝材料水化放热过程的影响

【摘要】 通过水化热测量研究了不同聚羧酸减水剂掺量、分子结构对胶凝材料水化放热过程的影响。结合固体高分辨率29SiNMR测试技术,分析了水化温度对胶凝材料水化产物C-S-H凝胶聚合程度的影响机理。结果表明:掺入聚羧酸减水剂能不同程度地延缓胶凝体系的水化放热过程,降低放热量;高温(50℃、80℃)养护能够显著促进C-S-H凝胶硅氧四面体的聚合程度,增加C-S-H凝胶中铝氧四面体的比例。
【Abstract】 The effects of different content of superplasticizersN molecular structure and hydration temperature on the hydration heat evolution process of cementitious material were investigated through direct hydration heat measurement.Combined with High-resolution solid 29Si NMR to analyse hydration temperature on the aggregate states of hydration products C-S-H gels of cementitious material.The results show that incorporation of polycarboxylate superplasticizer into cementitious material can more or less delay the hydration heat evolution process of cementitious material,reduce the heat release;maintenance at high temperatures(50℃,80℃) hardened pastes could increase silicon-oxy tetrahedron aggregate states of C-S-H gels and contents of aluminum-oxy tetrahedron.
