【摘要】 本文将殆周期函数引入晶体结构的描述理论体系,在原有的周期函数描述基础上,获得了殆周期布洛赫波、殆周期倒易空间、殆周期布里渊区、殆周期费米能级等相似的系列结果。相关结果可以更确切的描述非理想晶格结构,如晶格畸变、空位、掺杂等情况,并且阐述了其对相关计算的积极意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, we introduced almost periodic function into characterization theory system of crystal structure, gained a similar series of result, on the basis of existing periodic function characterization, such as almost periodic Bloch wave, almost periodic reciprocal space, almost periodic Brillouin zone, almost periodic Fermi level, et al. Related results can describe the non-ideal lattice structure more accurately, such as lattice distortion, space, doping et al, and its positive significance of the relevant calculation was discussed.更多还原
