纤维素醚对水泥浆体性能的影响

【摘要】 研究了甲基纤维素醚和羟丙基甲基纤维素醚对水泥浆体的需水量,保水性,凝结时间,抗压强度,粘结抗拉强度的影响,利用热重-差热分析(TG-DTA-DTG)测试手段,研究了纤维素醚对水泥水化产物的影响。试验过程中,纤维素醚掺量为0.1%~1%。结果表明:水泥浆体的需水量,凝结时间,保水率随纤维素醚掺量的增加而增加,抗压强度随纤维素醚掺量的增加而降低,粘结抗拉强度随纤维素醚掺量的增加,先增加后降低,两种纤维素醚均能延缓水泥的水化,羟丙基甲基纤维素醚对于改善水泥浆体的性能效果更明显。
【Abstract】 Studied the effect of methylcellulose and Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose on cement paste’s water demend, water retention,setting time,compressive strength and adhesive tensile strength. The cement hydration products were studied by using thermo gravimetry and differential thermal analysis (TG-DTA-DTG). In the experiment,the content of cellulose ether is 0.1%~1%. The results show that: cement paste’s water demend, setting time and water retention increased with the content increament of cellulose ether.The compressive strength of cement paste reduced with the content increament of cellulose ether.With the the content increament of cellulose ether,adhesive tensile strength of cement paste first increased and then reduced.Two kinds of cellulose ether can delay cement hydration. Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose has better effect on performance improvement of cement paste.
