表面改性橡胶水泥砂浆的研究
Study on Rubber Powder Surfacial Modified Cement Motar

【摘要】 废旧轮胎颗粒掺入水泥砂浆中会明显降低材料强度,从而在一定程度上限制其应用。本文从界面粘结机理入手,研究了不同的界面改性剂及改性方法对橡胶颗粒-水泥浆体界面粘结强度的改善效果。通过采用清水、超声波清水、饱和NaOH溶液、CCL4液体、钛酸酯乙醇溶液、Si-69乙醇溶液、KH-151偶联剂、自制丙烯酸处理剂这八种处理方法的对比试验表明,后三种处理方法在提高橡胶砂浆强度方面优于其它五种方法。应用SEM分析了自制丙烯酸处理橡胶颗粒制得的砂浆微观结构,结果表明,通过表面改性可改善橡胶颗粒与水泥基体的界面粘结性能,从而降低界面粘结强度损失。
【Abstract】 The incorporation of particles of discarded tires in cement mortar will significantly reduce its strength,for which limits its application.In this article,using interface binding mechanism,we researched the efficiency of improvements to the surface cohesional strength of the granular rubber and the cement paste by different interfacial modifiers and modification methods.Through varietal comparative trial of clear water,clear water with the ultrasonic wave,the saturated NaOH solution,the CCL4 liquid,the titanate ethyl alcohol solution,the Si-69 ethyl alcohol solution,the KH-151 resin coupling agent and the self-made acrylic acid coupling agent,it indicated that the last three processing method is better than others.By using SEM,Analyzed the mortar’s microscopic structure,which was treated by the self-made propylene acid,confirmed that surface modification can improve the interface binding quality of the granular rubber and the cement paste,thus reduce the loss of interface binding strength.
