水杨酸-甲醇-丙酮体系中转炉钢渣组分的溶出及其应用

【摘要】 转炉钢渣是一种富含硅酸钙矿物的大宗工业固体废弃物,具备在水泥和混凝土中应用的基础条件,但不同来源转炉钢渣之间的胶凝活性差异较大。为实现转炉钢渣微粉大规模工业化生产时产品品质的稳定控制,需研究开发出对其胶凝活性进行快速评价的方法。本文采用水杨酸-甲醇-丙酮体系作为选择性溶剂,对转炉钢渣在该体系中的溶出条件、稳定性、溶出机理以及钢渣胶凝材料的胶凝性能进行了研究。结果表明:水杨酸-甲醇-丙酮溶液能够很好地选择性溶解转炉钢渣中的硅酸钙矿物,该溶出实验具有良好的重现性,其溶出总量与钢渣胶凝材料的强度之间具有良好的对应关系,可以用于快速评价转炉钢渣的胶凝活性。
【Abstract】 Steel slag,a staple industrial solid waste which exists a large amount calcium silicate,is of the basic condition to use as a kind of raw material in cement and concrete.However,there is greater difference among the cementing activity of steel slag from different sources.In order to control stably the quality of the products prepared industrially by steel slag,a rapid evaluation method of cementitious property of steel slag should be urgently developed.In this investigation,it has been studied that the condition,mechanism and stability of the dissolution of converter steel slag as well as its application,in which salicylic acid-methanol-acetone solution was used as solvent.The results showed that the salicylic acid-methanol -acetone solution can selectively dissolve the silicate of steel slag well,and the experimental result of which can be well recurred.It has better corresponding relationship between the total quantity dissolved from the steel slag and the mortar compressive strength of the cementitious material prepared by standard cement and steel slag.So the extracting method of salicylic acid-methanol-acetone solution can be used for evaluating rapidly the cementitious activity of converter steel slag.
