沸石改性粉煤灰基地聚物水泥固化放射性废物的研究

【摘要】 类似沸石结构的地聚物水泥,是沸石的前驱物,能很好的固化放射性元素。用Sr元素作为模拟核素,分别用沸石改性的粉煤灰基地聚物水泥、未改性粉煤灰基地聚物水泥和普通硅酸盐水泥将其固化。按照国标(GB7023-86)用去离子水进行长期固化试验,观察了pH值和电导率的变化,考察了温度和时间对浸出率的影响。结果表明:改性过后的粉煤灰基地聚物水泥在各个温度下浸出率和累计浸出分数都最低,在25℃下42d浸出率为0.23×10-5cm·d-1,远小于GB14569.1-93中1×10-3cm·d-1的要求,更适合作为固化放射性废物的固化材料。
【Abstract】 Geopolymers that is like zeolite in the structure is the precuror of zeolite,and is consider to be the one of best material of solidification the radioactivity waste.The simulated nuclide Sr 2+ was solidified by geopolymers modified by zeolite,unmodified geopolymers and portland cement.Leaching rates were measured in different times according to the GB7023-86.We observed the change of ph,Eh,and leach result.We have the conclusion is that the 42d leach rate of modified geopolymers condensate is 0.23×10-5cm·d -1 at 25℃,which is less than GB14569.1-93 demand.Geopolymers modified by zeolite will be better solidification material.
