水泥细度对砂浆自愈合能力的影响

【摘要】 混凝土中早期裂纹等损伤的积累和扩展是导致结构破坏的重要因素之一,如果在混凝土出现损伤的初期,裂纹能够自行愈合,则可以避免混凝土的进一步破坏,从而延长其使用寿命。影响混凝土裂纹自愈合能力的因素有很多,本文从砂浆的角度出发,主要研究了水泥细度对砂浆自愈合能力的影响规律。通过比较裂纹修复前后强度值和裂纹宽度的变化,并结合超声波检测、SEM等测试方法,研究了不同的水泥细度和掺量对砂浆自愈合能力的影响。结果表明,在一定范围内,水泥砂浆自愈合能力随着粗颗粒掺量的增加而增强,并且得出,当水泥比表面积为201.2m2/kg,掺量为10%时,水泥砂浆的自愈合能力最强。
【Abstract】 The development of concrete crack is one of the reasons for structural damage,if the concrete can be able to repair the damage in the initial stage of injury,further damages of concrete can be avoided.Which can enhance the structural safety and durability of concrete.The impact of self-healing capacity of concrete cracks by many factors,this article from the point of view of mortar,the main study the fineness of cement of the self-healing capacity of the discipline.By comparing the intensity values before and after repair cracks and crack width changes,combined with ultrasonic testing,SEM and other testing methods to study the different cement fineness and content of the mortar the impact of self-healing ability.The results showed that in a certain range,self-healing capacity of cement mortar with the coarse particle content of the increase,and reached,when the specific surface area of cement 245m2/kg,content of 10%,the cement mortar of self-healing capacity the strongest.
