半柔性灌浆材料增渗性能研究

【摘要】 在半柔性路面材料的应用中,发现水泥砂浆的灌入率不超过75%,说明多孔沥青混合料中还存在大量的空隙,这严重影响着半柔性材料的力学性能以及路用性能。本研究基于物理化学表面能效应,通过加入一种增渗剂来提高水泥砂浆的灌入率。研究表明:通过灌浆材料增渗改性,水泥砂浆的理论灌入率达到90%以上,半柔性路面材料在应力比为0.3时的疲劳次数达到54300次,抗弯拉强度达到9.54MPa,抗压回弹模量达到3810MPa。本研究将充分发挥半柔性路面材料的优势,有良好的应用前景。
【Abstract】 In the application of Semi-flexible pavement material,the rate of cement mortar filled with not more than 75%.It shows there are a large number of air voids in the porous asphalt mixture,which seriously affects the pavement performance as well as the mechanical properties of semi-flexible material.Based on the physical and chemical effects of surface energy,the research added an enhancing agent to increase the injection rate of cement grout.The study shows:through the grouting material effused modification,the injection rate of cement grout theoretical reached over 90%.In the stress ratio of 0.3,the fatigue of the semi-flexible pavement material reached 54,300 times,the flexural strength reached 9.54MPa and compression resilient modulus reached 3810MPa.This study will give full play to the semi-flexible pavement material advantage with good application prospects.
