电炉还原渣对转炉钢渣的重构机理

【摘要】 探讨以电炉还原渣作调节组分对转炉钢渣重构的机理。主要采用XRD、DSC/TG、SEM等手段分析重构前后钢渣的组成、结构和胶凝性能。结果表明:高温作用下钢渣中部分既有低熔点矿物熔融,为高温重构反应提供液相环境;同时掺入的电炉还原渣为转炉钢渣补充了钙离子,并促进转炉钢渣中硅铝惰性组分(黄长石、钙铁(钙镁)辉石等)的解体和活性胶凝矿物硅酸二钙、硅酸三钙和七铝酸十二钙的生成,增加重构钢渣的活性。28天龄期掺重构钢渣的水泥净浆抗压强度较掺未重构钢渣的最多高出18.0%,且重构钢渣水化产物数量、水化进程明显高于未重构钢渣的。
【Abstract】 The mechanism about reconstructing converter steel slag with electric furnace slag as the adjusting component was discussed.XRD,DSC/TG and SEM were carried out to analyze its compositions,structure and cementitious properties before and after reconstruction.Results indicate that under high temperature some low-melting-point minerals of converter steel slag melt to provide liquid-phase environment for reconstruction reaction;Calcium ion is supplied to converter steel slag by adding electric furnace slag,and inert compositions(yellow feldspar,Ca,Fe(Ca,Mg)pyroxene,etc.) are forced to break up and create active cementitious minerals(C2S,C3S and C12A7) which enhance activity source of reconstructed steel slag.Compressive strength of cement paste mixed of reconstructed steel slag cured for 28 days is up to 18.0% higher than that mixed of non-reconstructed steel slag,The amount of hydrating products and hydration progress of reconstructed steel slag are higher than that of raw steel slag at the same age.
