自燃煤矸石对水泥需水量的影响

【摘要】 本文主要研究了自燃煤矸石的细度、掺量和复掺其它混合材对水泥需水量的影响。研究表明:随着自燃煤矸石细度的增加,水泥的需水量呈现上升趋势,当细度增大到一定时,需水量会呈现下降趋势,细度继续增加,需水量会重新增大。无论细度如何,随着掺量的增加,需水量都呈现明显上升趋势。并且通过复掺钢渣、矿渣能不同程度的降低水泥系需水量。
【Abstract】 The influence of fineness and content of spontaneous combustion gangue on the water requirement was studied.The results show that the water requirement of cement increase gradually with the increase of spontaneous combustion coal gangue fineness,but when up to certain fineness,water requirement will suddenly decrease.When exceeding the certain fineness,the water requirement will increase again.No matter how fineness,the water demand of cement system will increase gradually with the increase of spontaneous combustion coal gangue content.With compounding the slag and steel slag,the water requirement of cement will decrease.
