钢渣粉的颗粒粒径分布与水泥强度之间的关系

【摘要】 将安钢钢渣粉磨不同时间后得到比表面积不同的的钢渣粉,并按照一定比例与熟料、石膏混合制备成水泥。采用激光粒度仪精确测定了几种钢渣粉的颗粒粒径分布。研究分析了钢渣粉的特征粒径、均匀性系数N以及粒度分布分形维值D与水泥强度之间的关系,同时还运用灰色关联分析方法研究了不同粒径范围内的钢渣颗粒对不同龄期强度的影响。结果表明,单独考虑、N及D时,它们与强度之间没有直接的很好的相关性。钢渣粉中不同粒径范围内的颗粒对强度的贡献不同,10.0-19.9μm范围的颗粒与各龄期强度的关联度均最大,且均为正关联,小于5.0μm的颗粒与强度的关联度均较小,而大于30.2μm的颗粒与各龄期强度的均为负关联。因此,应根据实际情况调配出具有最佳粒径分布的钢渣粉,以充分发挥其活性。

【Abstract】 Series of cements were prepared by mixing clinker,gypsum and steel making slag(SMS),which have different particle size distributions prepared by grinding different time.The particle size distributions(PSD) of SMS were accurately measured by Malvern laser granulometer.The relationship between the characteristic particle size(),uniform coefficient(N) and distribution fractal dimension value(D) of SMS and the strength of relevant cement were investigated,and the influence of SMS particles of different sizes on the strength of relevant cement was also investigated by the method of gray correlation analysis.Results showed that,the correlation between the strength of relevant cement and the ,N and D of SMS,when they were taken attention to individually,were not good.The mass fractions of<30.2 m and>30.2 m SMS particles had different polarity of grey correlation with cement strength,and so had positive and negative effect on the cement strength,respectively.The mass fraction of 19.9-30.2μm particles had a maximum effect on the compressive and flexural strength of cement,and the fractions of >60.3 m and <5.0 m particles had a minimum effect on the strength of cement.Therefore,SMS with optimum particle size distributions should be prepared to explore the activity of SMS to the maximum extent.
