磷渣粉作混凝土掺合料的改性研究

【摘要】 磷渣粉作为掺合料对混凝土性能产生一些不利的影响,一是早期强度低,二是凝结时间长。研究了机械活化与化学激发对掺磷渣粉掺合料的水泥基本性能的影响。结果显示,随着磷渣粉掺量的增大,水泥的凝结时间越长,水泥早期强度下降较多,而后期强度增长率很高,甚至可以超过纯水泥。随着磷渣粉比表面积的增加,水泥凝结时间延长,水泥强度有所提高。采用硫酸钠、硅酸钠、硫酸铝、硫酸铝钾等几种外加剂单掺或复掺,可降低磷渣粉的缓凝作用并提高其早期活性。

【Abstract】 As we all know,the use of phosphorous slag powder(PSP)as admixture can lead to some adverse effects in concrete performance,such as low early strength and prolonged setting times.The effects of mechanical and chemical activation on the basic performances of cementitious materials added with PSP admixture were investigated.The results show that the setting times of cementitious materials are prolonged with increasing incorporation of PSP.The early strength of cementitious materials decrease drastically,but the growth rate of later strength is so high that the strength of some specimen can even surpass the pure Portland cement.With the increase of specific surface area of PSP,the setting times of cementitious materials are prolonged significantly and the strength is somewhat improved.The use of sodium sulfate,sodium silicate,aluminum sulfate and aluminum potassium sulfate as single or composite addition can improve the retarding effect of PSP and increase the early activity.
