利用过热蒸汽制备的超细粉煤灰性能的研究

【摘要】 本文利用自主开发的"以过热蒸汽作动力的超细粉体加工设备"制备超细粉煤灰,比较了不同细度的粉煤灰的性能。试验结果表明:利用过热蒸汽制备的超细粉煤灰性能优良,(1)当d(0.5)小于10μm时,其颗粒球度仍然保持完好,表面光滑,且颗粒粒径分布均匀;当d(0.5)达到3.66μm时,粉体中仍然有适量的球状颗粒;(2)超细粉煤灰细度越细活性越高,当d(0.5)达到3.66μm时,活性指数超过1(;3)超细粉煤灰与减水剂适应性良好,有共同减水作用,当d(0.5)达到3.66μm时,减水作用仍然明显;(4)用这种粉煤灰配制的砼性能优异。
【Abstract】 Ultra-fine fly ash(UFA)were prepared by using self-developed superheated steam flow pulverization system,and the performance of the as-prepared UFA with different degree of fineness has also been investigated.The results show that:(1)sphere-like UFA particles with smooth surfaces and homogeneous size distribution was observed when d(0.5)was less than 10 m,and amount of sphere-like particles were also existed when d(0.5)was 3.66 m,(2)the activity of the UFA increased with the increasing of the fineness,and the activity index would exceed to 1 when d(0.5) was 3.66 m,(3)the compatibility of the as-prepared UFA with superplasticizers was improved significantly,and the water-reducing synergistic effect has also been demonstrated;(4)the performane of the concrete was effectively improved with the adding of as-prepared UFA.
