养护温度对贝利特-硫铝酸钡钙水泥性能的影响

【摘要】 通过力学性能测试、XRD及SEM分析,研究在5℃、20℃和35℃养护温度下贝利特-硫铝酸钡钙水泥的力学性能和水化产物的组成和结构,并与普通硅酸盐水泥及贝利特水泥进行比较。结果表明:贝利特-硫铝酸钡钙水泥的早期强度受温度影响较大,在5℃、20℃和35℃条件下养护3d时,其抗压强度分别为28.1MPa、45.0MPa和52.7MPa;养护温度对该水泥的后期强度影响不大。
【Abstract】 The mechanical properties of belite-barium calcium sulphoaluminate cement and its composition and structure of the hydration products are studied by compressive strength test,XRD,and SEM under different curing temperature for 5℃,20℃ and 35℃,respectively.And its properties are compared with Portland cement and Belite cement.The experimental results show that the influence of curing temperature on the early compressive strength of belite-barium calcium sulphoaluminate cement is great,which reach 28.1MPa,45.0MPa and 52.7MPa,respectively when the curing temperature is 5℃,20℃ and 35℃ at 3d curing age,respectively.And the influence of curing temperature on the long-term compressive strength of belite-barium calcium sulphoaluminate cement is slight relatively.
