不同配料方式对C3S形成动力学的影响

【摘要】 用工业原料在不同温度下制备以C2S为主要矿物的前导物,并以该前导物为基础,补入适量的钙,在不同温度下煅烧得到水泥熟料。用快速滴定法测定了不同熟料中f-CaO含量,根据我们提出的公式计算出CaO反应生成C3S的转化率,并用Arrhenius公式计算了熟料中C3S形成的表观活化能。结果表明:用C2S前导物配料和本文提出的转化率公式计算C3S在熟料体系中的生成活化能,有利于排除熟料中其他矿物组分生成的干扰,可以更准确的计算C3S的活化能;以C2S前躯体为基础配料可以降低熟料中C3S的活化能,改善生料的易烧性和降低熟料的烧成温度;同时认为在C3S形成的动力学过程中,C2S生成的前导反应是影响C3S形成的关键因素。
【Abstract】 The former body with the major minerals of C2S was prepared using industry materials at different temperatures.By adding Appropriate amount of calcium,clinkers could be formed from the former body at different temperatures.The f-CaO was diterminated using fast titration method;the conversion of CaO was calculated by the formula given in our former article;and then we calculated the apparent activation energy of C3S in cklikers.The results illustrate that:(1)it will be more benificial to eliminate the effects of formations of other minerals and more accurate to calculate the activation energy of C3S in clinkers,on the prerequisite of using former body proportioning and conversion formula we have given before;(2)it also could decrease the activation energy of C3S in clinkers,improve burn-ability of raw meal and lower the sintering temperature of cklinkers;(3)the pre-reaction in which C2S generated is the key factor that affects the formation of C3S in kinetic process.
