胶州湾海底隧道衬砌混凝土耐久性研究
STUDY ON DURABLITY OF LINING CONCRETE IN JIAOZHOU BAY SUBSEA TUNNEL

【摘要】 胶州湾海底隧道是我国第二条建设的世界第三长海底公路隧道,其设计服役寿命为100年。本文对海底隧道标准养护和现场养护衬砌混凝土的强度发展规律、氯离子扩散系数、抗硫酸盐腐蚀、抗冻性能等进行了试验研究。结果表明:胶州湾海底隧道衬砌混凝土3d强度大于30MPa左右,28天强度大于60MPa。但相比于标准养护,现场养护降低混凝土强度6~7%。混凝土氯离子扩散系数为2.1×10-12m2/s。混凝土经在5%硫酸钠溶液中浸烘循环320次,其相对动弹性模量为0.954;相比于初始强度,其抗压强度上升了9.2%,混凝土经过300次快速冻融循环,其质量损失小于5%,相对动弹性模量为0.78。衬砌混凝土芯样抗压强度大于50MPa,氯离子扩散系数均值为1.6(3.39)×10-12m2/s,满足设计要求。
【Abstract】 Jiaozhou bay subsea tunnel is the second self-building in China and the 3 rd longest subsea road tunnel in the word with the designed service life over 100 years.The strength,chloride diffusion coefficient,sulfate corrosion and freeze thaw durability tests of lining concrete in Jiaozhou bay subsea tunnel has been experimented.The results indicate that the compressive strength of lining concrete,which cured for 3 days and 28 days in the field or in the standard condition,was about 30MPa and 60MPa,respectively.And the compressive strength in of lining concrete cured in the field decreased by 6~7% compared to cured in the standard condition.The chloride diffusion coefficient of constructed lining concrete in Jiaozhou bay subsea tunnel is 2.1×10-12m2/s.The relativally relatively dynamic modulus of elastically is 0.954 and the compressive strength increases by 9.2% when concrete has attacked by sulfate for 320 times.When lining concrete subjected to 300 times of freeze-thaw cycles,its mass loss rate is less than 5% and the relatively dynamic modulus of elastically is 0.78.The compressive strength of drilled lining concrete core sample is more than 50MPa and its chloride diffusion coefficient is 1.6(3.39)×10-12m2/s,which meet the designed requirement.
