大掺量粉煤灰高性能混凝土中氯离子扩散研究

【摘要】 在固定水胶比为0.33,用水量为130kg/m3,粉煤灰对水泥替代量为30%、50%和70%的条件下制备高性能混凝土,并进行6h氯离子快速扩散实验,测定高性能混凝土的6h电通量和内部氯离子含量,探讨粉煤灰掺量对混凝土抗氯离子性能的影响。实验结果表明,掺粉煤灰的高性能混凝土的抗氯离子扩散能力优于普通混凝土;当粉煤灰掺量不超过50%时,随着粉煤灰掺量的增加,混凝土6h电通量降低,内部氯离子含量减少,但粉煤灰掺量大于50%会导致混凝土的抗氯离子性能下降。
【Abstract】 The high performance concrete(HPC)with the replacement of fly ash alternative to the weight of cement(30%,50%,and 70%) is prepared in this study.The water-binder ratio of which is 0.33 and the content of water is 130kg/m3.The effect of the replacement of fly ash on the chloride diffusion-resistance of concrete is discussed by the 6h electric flux of concrete and the chloride concentration in concrete after diffusion is tested.The results show that the chloride diffusion-resistance of HPC with fly ash is better than the one of normal concrete without fly ash,and the chloride diffusion-resistance ability of concrete improve with the increasing of replacement of fly ash when the replacement is under 50%,but the chloride diffusion-resistance ability of concrete impair when the replacement is above 50%.
