全氧燃烧玻璃熔窑高碹顶的三维数值模拟
Three-Dimensional Simulation of High Crown Glass Furnace Oxy-Fuel Combustion Space

【摘要】 以优化玻璃熔窑结构,提高全氧燃烧玻璃熔窑寿命为目的,建立了全氧燃烧玻璃熔窑高碹顶结构条件下火焰空间燃烧的三维数学模型。从模拟结果可以看出,与普通碹顶的全氧燃烧玻璃熔窑相比,熔窑的高碹顶结构改善了窑内气体流动与温度分布,碹顶温度较低且分布均匀,窑内上部气流循环流多、在窑内停留时间长。可减小对窑墙及碹顶的冲刷、减少碹顶水蒸气的浓度,进而保护火焰空间耐火材料,延长熔窑的使用寿命,促进全氧燃烧技术在玻璃行业的应用。
【Abstract】 The purpose of this paper is to improve glass furnace structure,to prolong the life of oxy-fuel firing glass furnace.The three-dimensional mathematical model of high-crown glass furnace oxy-fuel combustion space in the combustion process is set up.The results shows that,compared to ordinary crown oxy-fuel glass furnace,the high-crown furnace improve gas flow and temperature distribution of the crown,and the temperature is low and distribution uniform,the gas circulation and the long residence time,high thermal efficiency,reduces the scouring to refractory material of crown and furnace wall,decrease water vapor concentration of crown and protected refractory materials of the furnace walls and crown,extended the life of oxy-fuel combustion glass melting furnace;in all,it is promoted oxy-fuel combustion technology is applied in the glass industry.
