‘圆铃2号’和‘金丝4号’干枣不同部位总黄酮醇含量的比较

【摘要】 以‘圆铃2号’和‘金丝4号’为试材,比较了其干枣果皮、果肉、种壳、种仁中黄酮醇的含量。结果表明:干枣不同部位黄酮醇含量以果皮最高,种壳最低,种仁和果肉中黄酮醇含量高低因品种的不同而有所差异。‘金丝4号’果皮黄酮醇含量最高(172.0μg/g),‘圆铃2号’种仁中亦含有较高的黄酮醇(121.4μg/g),其果皮中的含量差异不显著。
【Abstract】 The caltivar ’Yuanling 2’ and ’Jinsi 4’ were used to study the content of flavonols in dry fruit peel,flesh,shell and kernel.Results showed that the highest content of flavonols was in peel and the lowest was in shell.The contents of flavonols between flesh and kernel differed with cultivars.The highest flavonols’ content existed in peel of ’Jinsi 4’ which was 172.0μg/g.The kernel of ’Yuanling 2’ contained more falvonols(121.4μg/g),which had no significant difference with that in peels.
