LED不同光照度对大花蕙兰试管苗生长和叶片气孔特征的影响

【摘要】 以大花蕙兰为试材,研究不同LED光照度对大花蕙兰试管苗生长的影响。结果显示:随着LED光照度的增加,大花蕙兰试管苗的生长状况整体呈先上升后下降的趋势,且3种处理的试管苗生长状况整体优于对照处理,其中45μmol·s-1·m-2处理下的试管苗在形态指标、鲜/干重、叶绿素指数等重要指标显著优于对照处理;在气孔特征方面,30μmol·s-1·m-2和45μmol·s-1·m-2处理下的试管苗气孔密度优于对照处理,而气孔大小、面积等指标略低于对照处理。上述研究表明,LED 45μmol·s-1·m-2处理对促进大花蕙兰试管苗的生长和提高其品质效果明显。
【Abstract】 The Cymbidium hookerianum were used as experiment plant materialto study the effect of different light emitting diode(LED) intensities on the growth and leaf stomata characteristics of shoots in vitro.The results showed that with increasing the light intensity,the plantlets growth of Cymbidium have a ’ up - dawn’ tendency and their states of three treatments were better than CK.Compared with CK,there existed a significant improvement in such important indexes as morphological indexes, fresh/dry weight,SPAD value in the treatment of 45 p,mol·s-1·m-2.The leaf stomata densities of shoots in vitro under 30μmol·s-1·m-2 and 45μmol·s-1·m-2 treatments were better than CK,and the leaf stomata size and area of two treat- ments were less than CK.The above results indicated 45μmal·s-1·m-2 of LED intensity has evident effect on the improvement of growth and quality of Hybrid Cymbidium plantlet.
