叶芥小孢子发育时期与花器形态相关性

【摘要】 为了直接从花器形态来判断小孢子的发育时期,对叶芥小孢子发育时期的细胞学,以及小孢子发育时期与花蕾大小及花瓣长度与花药长度比的关系进行了研究。结果表明,叶芥小孢子发育经四分体时期、单核期、双核期和三核期,各时期特征明显。叶芥小孢子发育时期与花蕾大小,花瓣与花药长度比密切相关。适合叶芥小孢子培养胚状体发生的小孢子发育阶段为单核靠边期,以单核靠边期小孢子所占比率大于50%为好,对应的花蕾长度2.5-3.0mm,瓣药比为2/3,(删除菜字)同一花蕾小孢子发育存在一定程度的不同步性。依据花器官形态特征可判断小孢子的发育时期,从而确定小孢子培养最佳时期所对应的选蕾标准。

【Abstract】 The morphology of flower organ was defined and mustard focused on the relation between the microspore development and the size of bud,the length ratio of the petal and the anther.The results showed that mustard’s microspore developed at four stages: tetrad,uninucleate,binucleate and trinucleate and each stage demonstrated distinctive characteristics.The size of bud,petal and anther length ratio of mustard were closely related to the microspore development.For mustard microspore embryogenesis in microspore development stage of the single-core step aside,step aside a single core share of more than 50%of it is good,the corresponding bud length 2.5-3.0mm,the length ratio of the petal and the anther 2/3.Microspore development of the same bud in mustard showed graduality to some extent.We can judge the development stage of mustard’s microspore by morphological characteristics of flower organs so as to define the standard of bud selection in correspondence with the optimal stage anthers culture
